1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party appointed by you) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@uknowloop.com with:

your order number,
the item(s) you want to return,
your name and delivery address.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (where reasonably possible).
Return requests must be submitted within the 14-day period.

We may refuse returns that show clear signs of use or damage not caused by shipping/handling.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Because we operate a dropshipping model, the return address may differ from our registered business address. We will provide the correct return instructions after your request is approved.

4. Refunds

If your return is accepted, we will process your refund within 14 days of:

receiving the returned item(s), or
receiving proof that you have sent the goods back (whichever occurs first).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are refundable only where required by applicable law.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@uknowloop.com with:

your order number,
a short description of the issue,
clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be excluded where permitted by law, including (for example):

sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed,
custom-made or personalized items,
gift cards,
items clearly marked as final sale (where permitted).

8. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at info@uknowloop.com so we can resolve it quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks can delay resolution.
