We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by incorrect information.

2. Dropshipping Fulfillment

uknowloop operates using a dropshipping fulfillment model. Products may be shipped from third-party partners and may arrive in multiple parcels. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Duties

Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay at the time of purchase.

EU orders: VAT is included unless stated otherwise.
Non-EU orders: import duties, taxes, and other fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely. Orders may be held or cancelled if fraud prevention checks indicate elevated risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the customer’s EU country of residence. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Finland unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
